Let me start by saying that my wife and I are probably the most critical people you will ever meet. We know the Truly Good Stuff and all the other stuff. Now, Pineville Dental Studio is absolutely the best dental practice we have ever experienced. I had been to 4 other dentist in the past 14 years in Charlotte. Each time I was so specious of their recommendations and was so disappointed with their work. Well, I discovered Pineville Dental Studio about a month ago and as soon as I entered their studio I felt something different. First, the environment is absolutely spotless, you can eat off the floor. The staff working there is so warm and friendly, I mean, not phony friendly, but truly caring and wanting to serve our needs. And then, the huge plus was meeting Dr. E (Dr. Sudah Edpuganti). Talk about integrity, and sincerity, she made my wife and I feel so safe and cared for. They took endless X-Rays and she analyzed everything and told me what I needed and how she could take a conservative approach and make her recommendations. I had recently been to two other dentist who told me I needed “thousands of dollars of work”, and Dr. E said “I see what they are referring to but I would like to take a different approach”. I so trusted her and allowed her to “do her thing”. She saved me endless monies while never compromising any of my immediate needs. I think the very most important thing one can want from a medical professional is “being told the truth by a competent doctor”. My wife had the same experience and we are now so happy that we found an amazing dentist and staff and environment. Tomorrow she will be doing a 2 hour procedure on me and in a few days she will be doing a 3 hour procedure on my wife. We have been waiting to have this work done until we found someone we trust, and I am so please to say that “We found that Dentist and staff to take care of us”.

Dr. Sudha Edpuganti is absolutely incredible. She’s not only highly skilled but also genuinely caring. She took her time explaining everything in detail and made sure I understood each step of my visit, which really put me at ease. You can tell she truly cares about her patients.

Alondra, her assistant, was so kind and attentive throughout my appointment, making the whole process smooth and stress-free. And Giselle at the front desk greeted me with such warmth and professionalism. She set the tone for the amazing experience from the start.

“We contacted Dr E for an emergency service on Sunday afternoon for my daughter. The Dr left her family activity to open her office for us. The office was clean and modern. She thoroughly explained the procedure and financial obligation. She also offered to submit to our insurance company. The Dr did a beautiful job on my daughter’s broken tooth. She had no pain at all. The Dr took her time to make sure my daughter was completely happy with the results and welcomed her input. I had a dental emergency on a Friday and was able to be seen for an emergency weekend appointment. I’ve had good and not so good dental experiences, but this has easily been one of the absolute best. The staff and Doctor were caring, helpful, and kind. All steps were thoroughly explained to me and a treatment plan was put together quickly. 10/10 experience!!
